We have worked last year on our purpose as an agency. We collectively came to the conclusion that we wanted to be the "fertile ground that grows potential", for our brands, and for our people. We expressed it in "Growth (n)", growth to the power of n.

I sent this to my partners this morning. Growth(n) isnt just the "leverage" factor, it is a philosophy.

"I have thought about “growth to the power of n”.

I think that that the line has potential to be bigger than just the literal interpretation of “we are going to accelerate the growth of your brand”.

I think if growth is understood as a philosophy, as a practice, as a mindset, and yes ultimately as a promise towards greater / more efficient results, then we start to dig deep, instead of skimming the surface.

In other words, what is that “n”? What does it stand for? More precisely : what is the “power of n”?

In my mind “the power of n” should not stand for only a economic / leverage factor (eg acceleration, leverage), it should be also like for the “S” in “SQ” (spiritual quotient) for instance.

The “n” is altogether a certain approach to one’s work, to life.

**Growth “to the power of n” **

**Where “n” is the belief in Growth as a philosophy and principle for achieving success and fulfillment**

**Where “n” is the top-of-mind awareness that growth requires, defining the way we are going to live the next hour, the next day, the next year**

**Where “n” is the enduring mindset that growth demands to come to fruition**

**Where “n” is the realisation that growth doesn’t just happen, that it is worked at**

**Where “n” is therefore the extra effort, the extra courage, the extra dedication it takes to grow**

**Where “n” is also the acceleration principle that drives every single one of our thoughts and everything single one of our action. **

**Where “n” is ultimately the growth you could not imagine when you set on your journey to growth.**

I miss this!
